**Shipping Information
- Under normal conditions, when merchandise is in stock, orders shipped by ground delivery within West Malaysia & Singapore will arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days; East Malaysia will arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days; Pre-order items will arrive in approximately 14 to 21 business days. There is no delivery during weekends and Public Holiday.
- Shipments can be made within Malaysia & Singapore only. We are not able to ship to Restricted or Remote Area addresses. All orders placed after 1PM (GMT+8) will be processed the following business days.
- Your order will be delivered within the days published as long as there are no issues processing your order. We aim to deliver within the time-frame indicated above but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
- If you request for redelivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
